We collect 50% upfront to begin work and 50% on launch day.

Your business name, what you do, who your customers are, any existing branding you have, and photos if available. We handle the rest. We will send a short intake form after you book.

It depends on what was built. Systems and custom software can be extended or handed off with documentation. For ongoing changes, the Systems Care retainer covers it. We will tell you exactly what to expect before we start.

For the Customer-Facing Layer, we include two rounds of revisions before launch. For custom systems builds, scope and iteration cycles are defined in the engagement plan produced by the Systems Blueprint.

All builds are deployed to Vercel or Netlify, which have generous free tiers that handle most small business traffic. If you need a custom domain or premium hosting, we handle setup and point you in the right direction for your specific needs.
