Refund Policy

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied, reach out to us at team@polarisdgtl.com and we'll make it right.

1. Before Work Begins

If you request a full refund before submitting your intake form and before any design work has started, you are entitled to a 100% refund. No questions asked.

2. After Intake — Before Design Delivery

If you have submitted your intake form but we have not yet delivered any mockups or design work, you are entitled to a 75% refund. The 25% retained covers discovery, research, and project setup time.

Once initial mockup designs have been delivered to you:

Once the completed website has been delivered and approved by you, no refund is available. At this stage, all work is complete and ownership transfers to you.

5. Anchor (Free) Package

The Anchor package is provided at no cost. No refund applies.

6. Campaign Special Pricing

The Campaign Special ($500) follows the same refund schedule above. The discounted pricing does not affect refund eligibility.

7. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and quickly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of services and project delivery.

8. How to Request a Refund

Email us at team@polarisdgtl.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
